I realized a moment ago that every step you take is a small miracle. I’d heard discussions before about the simple act of balancing precariously on a single limb while the other swings out into space, only to catch your fall a moment later, saving you from crashing violently into the hard earth below. What I hadn’t realized until now, is far, far scarier.
We live on a sphere. Either you can say that a sphere is perfectly round, and has no edges or sides, or you can say that every point on that sphere is itself a side and edge. When we think of it as the latter, we come to an undeniable conclusion.
With every step you take, you walk off the edge of the world.
I’m going through a time in my life right now where my circumstances are very uncertain, and I feel like I’m about to walk right off the edge of the world. What I see now, though, is that many steps in my life have felt like this, and many more will feel this way again. God gave me gravity to keep me on my feet, though, and He helps me balance so I don’t fall on my face.
We walk a fine line between drifting off into space, or crashing into the Earth. Take a step off the world today, and see where you end up.

Commitment, me to you.
Dearest Reader, it seems that again I find that I’ve neglected you. You deserve better from me, and I’ll do what I can to again bring you moments that spark your imagination and fuel the rusty clock that is my brain. The cogs are being refit, the springs are being wound. I’ll coo a little something for you every once in a while. If I become too gloomy, send me a hollar. If you just need someone to talk at, I’ll be around. Otherwise, my normal disclaimer stands. These are my thoughts as they come. If I must apologize for them later, so be it.

The ignorance of the many is an insult to the intelligence of the few. It’s like the majority of human people are waving a giant butt in the face of those who choose to make informed decisions rather than basing their lives on pure emotion and the words of other people. You have the right to an informed opinion. You do not have the right to be ignorant. Stop it. It’s not funny.
edit: To avoid confusion, I’m not talking about religion or politics. I’m referring to all the little beliefs and rumors that float around this planet. Any time someone tells me that my cell phone will give me cancer, or cracking my knuckles will give me arthritis. These are examples of things someone was told, but never actually took the time to learn a thing about. Yet despite their utter lack of knowledge on the matter, they spread their opinion wherever they go. I hereby close this rant.

Dearest reader, I sincerely apologize for the scam postings that have been on his profile for so long I assure you, if the initialisms ‘omg’, ‘wtf’, or ‘lol’ appear in any of my posts, you may discredit them. They are not worthy of you.

My world is broken. It needs a doctor. Flash mobs and robberies, adults acting like playground children… It makes me sick to be here.
Please be awesome, because there is far too much suck in the world.

Good morning, day, or evening to you, my dear Reader.
It’s a big day for me. I’ve been in a band for going on four years now, and during that time it’s seen a few faces, a few places, but mostly just lots of time spaces. We haven’t played a show in over three years, and we’ve never played with original material.
But this all changes today. My band Crossthreaded (look us up on FB) is finally playing our first show with original content. This is the first show since we got our guitarist, our first show with our vocalist, and the first thing we’ve even done for people since New Year’s.
I’m excited, dear Reader. Wish me luck.

You’re not going fast enough.

Good morning, dear Reader. If I were in your screen, I would say that it is good to see you. I hope your day is filled with mystery and adventure, for mine will be filled with monotony and fatigue. Seize this moment and live the life I know you can live.
When the moment passes, say a prayer for me. I’ve been having some mental battles I can’t share with you just yet.
And of course, be awesome, dear Reader. I know you are capable of such.

Can we please turn off my mind? It’s going to get itself into trouble. And by trouble, I mean trouble of the sort that would shatter life as I personally know it.

Oh, 5 Guys… how you torture me sweetly with your deliciousness.
